We were delighted to announce that Epsom & Ewell Borough Council has granted planning permission for the addition of a dormer and roof lights to our clients’ three bedroom family home.
By adding a dormer and rooflights, more space and light will be provided to the loft accommodation, which will be made into a den for their children with a shower room adjacent. The space has been designed in such a way that it can be easily converted into two bedrooms in the future to create a five bedroom home or a master bedroom with ensuite.
